Hotline and Kid Work Training will begin soon
Spruce Run volunteers, interns and work study students are a very important part of our program – we couldn’t do all we do without you! If you’re willing to dedicate your time and talents to work on the hotline or with children, we need you!
Hotline Training and Kid Worker Training are both scheduled to begin mid-May.

Spruce Run Recognized by the Maine Association of Nonprofits
Spruce Run was awarded an honorable mention in the 2009 Dirigo Awards for Nonprofit Excellence, given annually by the Maine Association of Nonprofits. The awards go to nonprofits who not only employ sound management practices and principles, but who think outside the box to achieve significant results. Spruce Run’s application stood out for “its creativity and ingenuity in advancing [our] mission.” We thank the Maine Association of Nonprofits for their recognition of our work.
