Skip to main contentSpruce Run volunteers, interns and work study students are a very important part of our program – we couldn’t do all we do without you! If you’re willing to dedicate your time and talents to work on the hotline or with children, we need you!
Hotline Training and Kid Worker Training are both scheduled to begin mid-May.
To express your interest or to learn more about these opportunities please visit the volunteer or internships & work-study sections of our site.
Thank you for your interest in helping us change attitudes, save lives, and end abuse.
Spruce Run was awarded an honorable mention in the 2009 Dirigo Awards for Nonprofit Excellence, given annually by the Maine Association of Nonprofits. The awards go to nonprofits who not only employ sound management practices and principles, but who think outside the box to achieve significant results. Spruce Run’s application stood out for “its creativity and ingenuity in advancing [our] mission.” We thank the Maine Association of Nonprofits for their recognition of our work.
